How do I play on Apex Cobblemon?

I'm new to Apex Cobblemon, what should I do?
First of all, welcome! We truly hope you enjoy your experience on Apex Cobblemon. We have tons of useful commands to help you familiarize yourself with our server and begin your adventure.
/info- Opens a menu filled with tons of information about our server and it's many features/info commands- Will show you how to use some of the most commonly used commands/rtp- Will teleport you to a random location, allowing you to begin your adventure
If you're ever unsure of something and need help, don't be afraid to ask! Staff will be there to assist you in game, or through our discord.
Where does (X) Pokémon spawn?
You can find out where any Pokémon spawns by running the /wiki <pokemon> in game.
If you are interested in learning more about how Pokémon spawn, you may refer to the official Pokémon Spawn Presets and Pokémon Spawn Biomes.
Where can I get legendary Pokémon?
Legendary Pokemon can be obtained many different ways, some are exclusive to features while others spawn at random intervals every few hours, depending on the current player count multiple legends will spawn.
(Starting at 5 players, every 10 additional players will spawn an additional legendary, with 4 legends being the max.) Legendary Pokémon can also be obtained from our Legend Crate which can be opened with keys bought from our in-game store.
How do I get Crate Keys?
Crate Keys can be obtained from many features on the server, some of the most rewarding methods include:
Badges
/badgesRaids
/raidsGyms
/gymsVoting
/votePokeHunts
/hunt
Additionally, if you would like to purchase Crate Keys you may always do so in our in-game store.
How do I link my discord account?
To link your discord account to the server first run the /link command
After you have received your code, paste it into the #linking channel in our discord. Once you have successfully linked you will receive a free Shiny Key, good luck!
How do I claim my base?

How do I get back to my base?
To get back to your base you must set a home using the /sethome <name> command. If you forgot to set a home at your base, don't worry! Simply run /flan list and ask a staff member to teleport you to the coordinates of your base.

What perks does (X) rank come with?
There are two types of "Ranks" on the server:
Donator Ranks - Can be purchased in our in-game store.
Crown Ranks - Can be earned by completing different
/badgesin game.
Donator Ranks
You can view all the perks of our donator ranks with the /perks command in game or by visiting the perks page on our website.
Crown Ranks
You can view all the perks of our crown ranks with the /ranks command in game.
How do I make money on the server?

How do I join the Staff Team? Are there any benefits?
To apply to join the Staff Team you must first meet the following requirements:
Must have played on the server for 2 weeks
Must have 48 hours of
/playtimeon the serverMust be at least 17 years of age
If you meet all these requirements and would like to apply, please fill out the Helper Application.
Helpers are automatically granted access to the Apex donor rank, have the ability to host community events, and may participate in beta tests for new features.
How do I join the Build Team?
To apply to join the Build Team you must first meet the following requirements:
Must have 24 hours of
/playtimeon the serverMust provide a detailed portfolio with at least 3 of your own builds
If you meet all these requirements and would like to apply, please fill out the Builder Application.
How do I become a Gym Leader?
To apply to become a Gym Leader you must first meet the following requirements:
Must have 24 hours of
/playtimeon the serverHave a competitive understanding of Pokémon battles
Must be at least 13 years of age
If you meet all these requirements and would like to apply, please fill out the Gym Leader Application.
How do I join a raid?
To join a raid, you're going to need a Raid Ticket; new players will have 3 tickets that reset each day at midnight PT. The number of tickets you have each day is increased with certain ranks. Once you've gotten your ticket, you'll need to either create a party or join other players in chat.
Once you've joined a party, make sure you meet the requirements by having 3 Pokémon in your party. Then simply click "Start Raid" at the bottom of the menu and get to raiding!

How do I breed Pokémon?
To begin breeding Pokémon you'll first need to purchase a Breeding Nest Slot, this can be done in the /breeding menu.
After you've purchased a breeding slot, simply place the 2 Pokémon you'd like to breed inside.
Once enough time has passed, the Pokémon will produce an egg for you to collect; the rate at which your Pokémon breed can be increased with certain ranks. If you would like to learn more about the specifics of breeding, check out Breeding.
How do I show my Pokémon in chat?
Pokémon can be shown in chat by typing [poke#] (# being the slot of the Pokémon) or [party] to show your entire party.
What is an Apex Boss?
Apex Bosses are powerful Pokémon, that give rewards, and a chance to catch them. For more information check Apex Bosses.
How do I get Mega Stones?
To obtain Mega Stones, you'll need to craft them using a Mega Keystone and Type Fragments. You can obtain those items via the following:
Mega Keystone - Obtained rarely from Apex Bosses
Type Fragments - Obtained rarely from their respective types
/drops
How do I Mega Evolve my Pokémon?
To Mega Evolve your Pokémon, you'll first need to craft a Mega Bracelet with the recipe below
Mega Keystone - Obtained rarely from Apex Bosses
Steel Ingots - Obtained from defeating Steel Type Pokémon
/drops
Next you'll need to give your Pokémon their respective Mega Stone by Shift + Right Clicking them and clicking "Change Held Item" with the Mega Stone in hand.
Finally, upon entering a battle with your Pokémon you'll now see a Mega Evolve button under their moves, click this and then attack to Mega Evolve your Pokémon!
What are Shoulder Mounts?
Shoulder Mounts are Pokémon you can put on your shoulder, each pokemon will have their own unique buff, for more information check Shoulder Mounts or run /shoulder in game!
What are Guilds?
Guilds are groups that allow players to band together under one name, you may create your own or request to join an existing one in the /guilds menu. For more information check Guilds.
What are Rustles?
Rustles will occasionally spawn near you, accompanied by particles and a unique sound depending on the block they spawn on, walking into the rustle will trigger a battle with a Pokémon. For more information check out Rustles.
What are Outbreaks?
Pokémon Outbreaks will cause increased spawns of a specific Pokémon in the area around you. For more information check out Outbreaks.
What are World Bosses?
World Bosses are powerful Pokémon that players from the server must defeat together. For more information check out World Bosses.
How can I report bugs on the server?
We always appreciate bugs being reported to us and you can do so easily in the #bug-reports channel of our discord. Additionally, if you are ever personally affected by a bug you may make a ticket in our discord for help!
