Please familiarize yourself with our official rules to avoid any issues
Above all else, use common sense. If you're unsure, contact a staff member. You are responsible for your own account. If someone else has access to your account and uses it to break server rules, we will still take action against your account!
Tier 1 Punishments
(Warning → 15m Mute → 1hr Mute → 4hr Mute → 12hr Mute → 1d Mute → Indefinite Mute)
Bypassing Chat Filer (Bypassing the chat filter in any way)
Spamming (Sending multiple messages/characters with the intention of spamming chat)
Unreadable Nickname (Having a nickname that is unreadable (Note: This is up to staff discretion)
Discussing Punishments (Discussing punishments in any capacity on the server)
Disrespect (Intentionally disrespecting other players or staff (Note: continued disrespect will be taken as harassment/toxicity)
Inappropriate Topics (Discussing any topics which have no place on the server (ex: Religion, Politics, etc)
Guiding Others through Hunts (Guiding players through present/sign hunts that you have already completed (note: doing sign hunts & present hunts with a friend is perfectly ok if you're doing it together)
Tier 2 Punishments
(Warning → 4hr Jail → 8hr Jail → 12hr Jail → 3d Temp Ban → 14d Temp Ban → Indefinite Ban)
Minor Bug Abuse (Abusing bugs that could be mistaken as an intended feature (Note: Ask staff is you're unsure)
Attempting to Brute Force Permissions (Spamming commands in an attempt to find one you have access to)
Claim Trapping (Claiming/Building around another players claim with the intention to trap them (Note: The distance between two claims should be NO LESS than 50 blocks, failure to do so will result in your claim being moved or disbanded)
TP Trapping (Trapping and/or killing a player that has teleported to you)
Schematica Replanting/Building Farms (Using Schematica to replant, or build a farm of any kind)
Schematica Usage during Build Comps (Using Schematica for an advantage during a build competition)
Large Scale Redstone Builds (Operating a large scale redstone build (Note: These will be removed if deemed to negatively impact server performance)
Rapid/Infinitely looping Redstone (Rapid/Infinitely looping redstone of any kind)
Large Scale Redstone Farms (Operating a redstone powered farm of any kind should not be any larger than 32x32x64, any builds deemed to cause too many performance issues may be removed)
Constantly feeding Hoppers (Builds should not constantly drop items into Hoppers, and may not have more than 20 hoppers total)
Scamming (Attempting to scam other players by any means (ex: listing fake items, misleading trades, etc)
Encouraging Rule Breaking (Encouraging other players to break any rules)
Bypassing Punishments (Bypassing a punishment by any means)
Using Donor perks without cooldowns for others (Using any donor command that DOES NOT have a cooldown for another player)
Tier 3 Punishments
(7d Temp Ban → 30d Temp Ban → Indefinite Ban)
Harassment (Bullying, Excessive Disrespect or other persistent harassment)
Toxicity (Continuously breaking rules, testing limits, or otherwise being toxic to the community)
Alt Abuse (Using alt accounts too receive one-time rewards, multiple times or gain other advantages (Note: Alt will be banned.)
X-Ray (Using X-Ray Methods or Mods to locate blocks or entities (Note: if you are caught X-Ray mining, you will be 'fined' 50% of your current balance!)
Discussing/Leaking Staff Permissions (Discussing/Leaking any staff perms anywhere)
Tier 4 Punishments
(Indefinite Ban)
Major Bug Abuse (Bug abuse that CANNOT be mistaken as intended gameplay, such as receiving 1000 shards as a reward)
Discrimination (Prejudice, Stereotyping, or otherwise blatant discrimination against a group of people)
Sexual Content (Sexual content in any nature, ESPECIALLY Illegal sexual content)
Encouragement of Self Harm (Encouraging another player to harm themselves in ANY way)
Ban Evasion (Using alt accounts, vpns, or other means of bypassing a ban)
Duping (Duping of any item or currency in game)
Hacking (Using hacked clients, mods, or methods of hacking)
IRL Trading (Trading in game items or currency for IRL currency (Note: Trading items in game, for a donation is allowed EXCEPT for unbans)
Charging Back Donations (Charging back ANY payment on the donation store)
Intentional Griefing (Intentionally stealing, or harming another players claim/build in any way.)
IRL Threats (Threatening to DDOS/Dox/Harm someone IRL)
Specific Scenarios
(These punishments are always up to staff discretion, based on the severity of the offense)
No Player Ran Gambling (Creating casinos, betting, or any other forms of gambling that is not ran by the server)
No Spawning Platforms (Creating floating platforms in the sky, or abusing spawning mechanics to cause unintended outcomes)
AFK Bypassing (Bypassing AFK detection to accumulate playtime)
Low Playtime Trolling (Joining the realm specifically to cause issues)
Intentional Advertising (Intentionally advertising another realm (ex: "Join Hypixel.net guys!!")
Non-English Chatting (Speaking another language other than English in global chat channels)
Inappropriate Names (Having an inappropriate name that would break other rules)
Inappropriate Skins (Having an inappropriate skin that would break other rules)
Inappropriate Builds (Having an inappropriate build that would break other rules)
GTS Overpricing/Trolling (Unreasonably overpricing items on the gts repeatedly, or spamming listings that are unlikely to sell)
Auto Clicking (Using an autoclicker to automate tasks on the server)
Economy Punishments
(These punishments are always up to staff discretion, based on the severity of the offense)
Attempting to ruin, or crash, a server's economy, is not permitted such as giving away or attempting to sell all your items/pokes
