# Refer

Earn a ![:keyemerald:](https://cdn.discordapp.com/emojis/1460051770200817748.webp?size=40) **Cosmetic Key** for both you and your friend by referring them through the `/refer` menu.

The referred player must meet all of the following conditions:

* Has not logged into Apex within the past year
* Reaches **3 hours** of `/playtime` within **7 days** of joining
* Has not been referred by another player
