🗼Battle Tower

The Battle Tower is a competitive PvE challenge where you battle through increasingly difficult towers across multiple competitive Smogon tiers. Each battle features an NPC opponent with a dynamically generated party, and you can choose to play in either 4v4 or 6v6 formats.

Each of the five tiers has three towers containing eight floors each, with each successive tower & floor increasing in difficulty and Battle Point rewards. Progress towards the completion of each tier/tower persists throughout the season, so if you lose to a particular floor, your next attempt will resume at that same floor.

Getting Started

Open the Battle Tower menu

Open the /bt menu and click Challenge Tower

Select your battle size (4v4 or 6v6)

• 4v4 is faster and easier

• 6v6 grants a 10% Battle Point bonus

Select a tier

Select one of the five tiers to begin the NPC battle

Your party must be compliant with the latest Smogon ruleset for the selected tier in order to start

Seasons

After you defeat all 8 floors of a tower in a tier, that tower cannot be challenged again for the rest of the season. Seasons run for roughly two months and are aligned with the Gym Season cycle.

Rewards

Victory Rewards

Defeating a floor awards a certain amount of Battle Points depending on the tower and floor, with 6v6 battles granting a 10% bonus.

A maximum of 2,475 can be earned per season by defeating all three towers in each tier in 6v6 battles

Seasonal Rewards

Season rewards are split into two categories:

Completion Rewards

• Random Battler Cosmetic

• 750

• 2 Cosmetic Keys

• 2 Shiny Keys

All challengers who defeat all three towers in each tier receive each of these rewards.

Winner Rewards

• Random Battler Cosmetic

• Exclusive Battle Tower Pin

• 1,000

• Legend Key

The first challenger to defeat all three towers in each tier wins the season, and receives each of these rewards. If nobody completes it before season end, the winner is the challenger with the most Tower Wins.

Battler Cosmetics

Battler Cosmetics include 30 Pokémon Hat variations and 34 Pokémon Backpack variations.
